E-Statements

Take advantage of the security and paperless convenience of receiving your monthly Citizens Bank statements electronically. When you sign up for E-Statements, we will send you a friendly e-mail reminder letting you know when your statement is ready for viewing in your secure Online Banking account.

Cut the Clutter

Online Banking automatically stores up to 24 months of your statement history and check images, so you won't need files of paper statements. To maintain a longer account history, statements may be saved to your personal computer or downloaded to a personal finance software such as Quicken®, or QuickBooks®. If you would prefer copies of your statements and check images on CD-ROM, we are happy to accommodate your request for a minimal fee.

Instant Access

No more waiting for your statement to arrive each month. Your statement will be available days earlier with E-Statements and accessible to you from anywhere.
